F. No prepayment penalty
G. No Liens or Encumbrances in Collateral

II. Required Documents

A. Appraisal of Property used for Collateral
B. Title Study
C. CRIM Debt Certificate
D. CRIM Value Certificate

III. Required Guarantees:

A. Real Estate Collateral Guarantee of 100% of Value of Loan ($100,000 loan for
property appraised at $200,000)
B. Consent Judgment
C. Assignment of Leases

IV. Acknowledgment of Requirements
